Colleen supports individuals and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, return-to-work stress, PTSD, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, self-defeating patterns, and the pressure of unrealistic expectations.

These experiences may be connected to trauma, abuse, occupational stress, or painful experiences from the past, or they may be something you are facing for the first time. Colleen offers a safe, comfortable, and supportive space to process what you are carrying, build new skills, and move toward a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.

Colleen also supports parents navigating the challenges of raising neurotypical and neurodiverse children, including the stress, overwhelm, grief, guilt, and uncertainty that can come with trying to meet everyone’s needs.

She is an occupationally aware clinician with specialized training in EMDR and working with first responders.
